Why cakes, desserts and sweets, always asking myself that question. May be because always loved cooking, playing with taste and textures. Hmmmm is it easy, oh no it is damp hard, so many ruined pastries, burned creams, discussing testing cakes and much more failures. However without no failures there are no raisers.
My passion into creating light, gentle, delicious and absolutely gorgeous looking desserts. Also I am obsessed in making healthy desserts (gf, dairy free, egg free, nut free and refine sugar free). There are just so many things I want to cook, so many different tastes and textures I want mix out together. There are just not enough hours in the day, starting sometimes very early in the morning and finishing at middle of mid night. You know what makes it worth it? Is to hear from customers saying, your cakes are so DELICIOUS.
